Royce Fair Haven (Pty) Ltd. is a wholly owned South African subsidiary of Royce Asset Management Limited.

The company previously owned residential property near Cape Town, South Africa. This property was sold in late 2025.

Following the sale, the proceeds are currently held in South Africa while the capital repatriation process is being completed.

Once the repatriation process has been completed, the South African subsidiary is expected to be wound up.
